BCLA Membership Benefits

Any librarian, library staff member, former library staff member, or library Friend from any library in the Broward County area is invited to join BCLA. Annual membership costs just $10.00; the membership year runs from July to June.

As a member of BCLA, you'll have access to opportunties to become more involved in your profession, become a library advocate, and network with fellow library staff of all levels. You'll recieve our BCLA newsletter, published four time a year. You'll have the opportunity to attend our annual luncheon, where you can meet local authors and library leaders. You'll have access to BCLA's many informative programs and workshops. You'll also be invited to our popular TGIF socials, held in various locations around the county--a great opportunity to meet new people, find new contacts, and have fun!

Dues

Annual dues for individuals are $10. Membership year is July 1 to June 30.

Institutional memberships are available. Annual dues are based on annual operating budget:
Under $100,000: $30
$100,000 to $500,000: $40
$500,000 to $1 million: $50
Over $1 million: $100
